Operations Coordinator
The Role
We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team and work closely with colleagues across operations, client management, and internal tooling.
This is a key role in Optiniti’s operations. You will ensure that our warrant and option plans are prepared, launched, followed up, and monitored with a very high level of precision. Eventually, you will also be acting as a reliable point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders supporting clear communication, strong collaboration, and shared accountability.
Together with the team, you will help maintain smooth day-to-day operations, proactively identify potential issues, and continuously improve how we work and deliver value.
What you'll do
🧠 Run & Monitor Our Operations
- Prepare, launch, and follow up on warrant and option plans.
- Act as a point of contact with our IT partners.
- Perform detailed controls and validations to ensure flawless execution.
- Monitor ongoing plans and flag risks, inconsistencies, or improvement opportunities.
- Answer operational and technical questions from employers and employees.
- Coordinate internally to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met.
🔄 Improve How We Work
- Help define and maintain monitoring dashboards (volumes, checks, timelines, SLAs)
- Identify recurring issues and propose concrete process improvements
- Improve documentation and internal knowledge bases
Who You Are
You could be a great fit if you:
Are fluent in Dutch and/or French and English (all 3 is a strong plus)
Are detail-oriented and structured
Enjoy taking ownership and following things through end-to-end
Are comfortable combining operational work with client interaction
Communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal
Are comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft 365, Odoo)
Have an interest in financial markets
Have an interest in (or basic knowledge of) Python and SQL
Enjoy working in a team, but also can work independently in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
Your background can be in Operations, Finance, Administration, Consulting, HR, Client Support, or similar. Prior experience with incentive plans is not required - we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
What matters most is your precision, mindset, and reliability.

Client Manager
The Role
We're looking for a Client Manager to join our team and work closely with colleagues across operations, client management, and internal tooling. Your first focus will be on the guiding companies and their employees throughout the warrant and option plan process. You will be the point of contact.
What you'll do
🧠 Assist client for A to Z
- Presentations towards prospects and employees
- Preparation of upcoming plans (collect participant lists, sending payment requests)
- Follow-up of launched plans (regular updates towards clients)
- Answering questions from employers and employees
And don't be shy. You'll be giving online and live presentations to groups up to several hundreds of people. On top of that, you'll be representing Optiniti at networking events.
