Partner (Sales & Operational)
Optiniti is on the hunt for an exceptional operational & sales allrounder.
If you are experienced, enthusiastic and ambitious, then we would love to hear from you!
You’ll be responsible for the onboarding and assistance of (new) clients in a smooth and impeccable way. You’ll organize meetings and presentations and you’ll answer questions of employers and employees. Apart from the commercial side, you’ll also be in charge of the follow-up on launched option plans and the operational preparation and checks.
Your profile
You would be a great fit with our team if:
- You have knowledge of the option & incentive plan landscape.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You are a team player, are entrepreneurial and have an eye for detail.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English. French would be the cherry on the cake.
