New benefit in Payflip
Through the integrated Payflip tool, you now have an option: employees can now choose to convert part of their end-of-year and/or bonus budget into warrants via Optiniti. Employees can start optimizing as of 10€.

After the choice via Payflip, employees will get access to the Optiniti platform and will be able sell their warrants options within days.
No additional cost for the company
The implementation of the flex-plan is "cost-neutral" for the company. Employees will therefore bear the service fees when they choose for warrants (pending a minimum amount of warrants).
